How It Works
Before the Party
- Step 1 - Join us for an introductory chat with Clarissa, the creator behind our Craft Party services. Share your ideas, ask questions, and explore the possibilities. No pressure, just a casual conversation to discuss your vision and discover how we can make your event memorable.
- Step 2 - Guests will secure their party seat by entering a unique code during checkout when they purchase their project. Alternatively, you may choose to cover the cost of all projects upfront, with guests confirming their choices at least one week before the party.
- Step 3 - One week prior to the event, Clarissa will contact you to confirm party details. In the event of guest inability to attend, refunds will not be provided, but their project will be thoughtfully packaged and brought to the party.
During the Party
- The facilitator will arrive at least one hour before the party starts to set up the paint bar and painting area. Kindly prepare a dedicated space for painting, and rest assured, we can cover surfaces as needed.
- Parties are scheduled for 2 hours, and to ensure a smooth flow, we'll kick off promptly at the agreed-upon time. This is a stress-free environment, so if participants don't finish their projects within the party window, they can continue at the host's discretion. Rest assured, we'll handle the cleanup.
After the Party
- Post-party, we'll take care of cleaning up all paint-related waste and removing any items we brought in. Please allocate at least 30 minutes for us to ensure the area is thoroughly restored.
- Be on the lookout for a feedback survey arriving within 24-48 hours. Your experience matters, and we appreciate your insights to help us enhance and better support future party attendees.
